1. General Shipping Information

We currently ship throughout Australia. Shipping options, costs and delivery times may vary depending on your location and the size or weight of your order.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays. During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take slightly longer. We'll let you know of any delay.

3. Shipping Rates

Free shipping on all orders, no minimum purchase. Costs are always shown at checkout before you pay.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

• Transit time: 4–9 business days
• Total delivery time: 6–12 business days
• Order cut-off time: 18:00

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing or extreme weather.

5. Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order leaves the warehouse. It can take 24–48 hours before the first carrier scan appears. You can follow your order at any time on our Track Your Order page.

6. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to PO Box addresses, parcel lockers or restricted areas. Some items may be subject to restrictions under Australian regulations or carrier rules.

7. Failed Delivery or Returned Packages

If a delivery fails, the address was incorrect or the package is undeliverable, the order may be returned to us. We'll contact you to arrange a new shipment, which may incur additional shipping costs.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, email us at info@theoutfitlooks.com. We'll open an investigation with the carrier and find a solution as quickly as possible. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Multiple Items

Orders containing several items may arrive in separate parcels on different days. This is normal and does not mean anything is missing.
