1. Do you deliver to my country?

We currently ship to addresses all across Australia, including every state and territory, from major cities to regional areas. Please note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes or parcel lockers.

2. How long does delivery take?

Orders are prepared within 2–3 business days and typically arrive within 6–12 business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel has been dispatched.

3. Do you offer free delivery?

Yes – delivery is free on every order across Australia, with no minimum spend. The price you see is the price you pay.

4. Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Of course. You have 30 days from delivery to return your item free of charge, unworn, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. Just get in touch at info@theoutfitlooks.com and we'll send you a prepaid return label and walk you through it.

5. How long does a refund take?

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, your refund is processed within 10 business days. Depending on your bank, it can take a few extra days to show on your statement.

6. What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us as soon as possible – ideally within 48 hours of delivery – with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or a refund for you. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.

7. Which payment methods do you accept?
